Requirements:- Real Estate License (Required)
- Sales: At least 1 year and 1 Million in sales
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills a plus
- At least one year experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong work ethic
- Solution Oriented
- Coachable
- Must be a self starter
- Comfortable with technology
- Provide guidance/assistance to Buyers, Sellers, Investors
- Negotiate on behalf of your clients to get them the best deal
- Prepare Contracts, real estate documents for all personal clients
- Interact with Appraisers, Lenders, Title companies and Inspectors
- Social media presence required – Training will be provided, if needed
